Domain Acquisition
We offer the ability for quick and easy registration of available domain names as well as the option of placing an order to capture a domain name on your behalf should they expire and become available. Both of these options include as standard:
- Renewal fee that may fall due within that year
- Re-direct of the domain to the home page of your website or any other web page that you specify
- Ability to change where the domain points at any time
- No extra hosting or hidden fees and no additional costs from your ISP or website hosting company
- Multiple DNS servers located in geographically diverse locations to ensure continuity of service
- Quarterly report on traffic directly using the domain
- No additional fees to transfer domains to another hosting company
This service is for the following domain extensions: .com, .net, .org, .info, .biz, .eu, .co.uk, .org.uk, .us, .mobi, .tv.
Pricing
The cost of registering available domains is £2 per month (6 month minimum) or £20 per annum per domain.
The cost for capturing domains is £20 per domain then £2 per month (6 month minimum) or £20 per annum per domain to host the domain. You may cancel your order for capturing a domain name at anytime and either transfer the service to another domain or have a full refund.

Domain Brokerage
Using our domain brokerage service to attempt to acquire a domain that is already
registered will avoid letting the current owner know who the ultimate client is.
We have found in the past that when an owner of a domain knows who the end user
will be it can increase the amount required by the seller of the domain. This means
we should be able to obtain the best possible price for you.

Domain Watcher
We can monitor expiry dates of domains you own that are hosted elsewhere and notify you when renewals are due. You will be noted at 180, 90, 30, 15, 7 and 1 day before your domains are due for renewal to reduce the risk of your current host letting your domains expire. This service is included free with Domain Acquisition services
for domains we acquire on your behalf.

Who Is Using Your Name?
A report of all .uk domains (with contact details) where your company or trade name is included in the domain name. This will let you identify if anyone is using your name for passing off or if they are being used to redirect traffic to competitors and losing you revenue.

We can provide remote monitoring of your website 24 hours a day to check if your website is responsive and report on any downtime. You can be notified instantly via text message or email if your website is unavailable and you can monitor your
site’s performance through our control panel. If your website is unavailable your
customer will go elsewhere so the sooner you are notified of the problem the sooner
you can address it to prevent losing valuable custom. Can you afford to be without

The cost of this service is £10 + VAT per month or £99 + VAT per annum.
Ranking Audit
We can perform an audit of your chosen domain, trade name and chosen search terms
to see how well you are performing in the most popular search engines: Google, Yahoo and MSN Live Search. This lets you identify whether your site needs optimisation to avoid losing out to competitors. Remember, if you are not appearing high in the
first 3 pages of search engine results for popular keywords related to your business
then you are losing out to your competitors who are reaching out to this customer
base. If you don't know your current situation in regards to search engine visibility
then you cannot address it. This is an area we have great knowledge of so let us
help.

Domain Dispute Service
In circumstances where it is believed that a domain has been registered in bad faith and is being used to infringe on your intellectual property we offer a domain resolution service where we can take up your case following the correct procedures with the relevant authorities.
